And after 26 years, there is one thing I still do myself – with genuine passion: cold calling for my clients.

Why do I mention this? Because in my training sessions I do not talk about how sales theoretically ought to work. I know what it feels like to call a decision-maker you have never spoken to before. I know objections, rejections and difficult conversations – and I know what actually works.

My training is practical, direct and close to real everyday business. Fewer models that disappear into a drawer after the seminar. More trying things out, practising and experiencing.
