This training makes leadership communication tangible. You practise structuring messages so that goal, benefit and next step are clear. You learn to give feedback that works without hurting – and to address conflicts before they escalate. Especially valuable: phrasing and conversation routines you can use straight away in meetings, reviews and spontaneous situations.
